Marjorie E. Sturdy, LCSW, MBA is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of California and Nevada with extensive experience conducting psychosocial evaluations for legal and administrative proceedings. She provides comprehensive mental health consultations and written evaluations in support of immigration relief, criminal defense matters, and disability determinations.

Ms. Sturdy’s evaluations are grounded in evidence-based clinical practice and informed by trauma-informed assessment standards. She has specialized experience assessing the psychological impact of trauma, persecution, family separation, medical and psychiatric conditions, and functional impairments as they relate to legal criteria.
