MARJORIE E STURDY LCSW

 

Marjorie E. Sturdy, LCSW, MBA-HA is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with nearly over decades of experience helping individuals navigate trauma, life transitions, and personal growth. She is the founder of RISE Therapy, where she blends evidence-based psychotherapy with empowerment-focused care to support meaningful, lasting change.

Marjorie’s work is grounded in trauma-informed practice and integrates modalities such as EMDR, CBT, and mindfulness. Known for her warm, direct, and compassionate style, she creates a safe space for clients to reclaim their sense of self, build resilience, and rise into authentic confidence.

VIRTUAL THERAPY

 

Virtual therapy offers a convenient and effective way to receive high-quality mental health care from the comfort of your own space. With flexible scheduling and the ability to meet from virtually anywhere, telehealth removes barriers such as travel time, geographic limitations, and busy schedules—making therapy more accessible and consistent.
